Glamour Girls - Evelyn Ankers

Evelyn Ankers was called "The Queen of the Screamers" for her frightened shrieks in classic horror flicks like "The Wolf Man" and "The Son of Dracula."

Evelyn was married to actor Richard Denning from 1942 til her death in 1985. He starred in many sci-fi films of the fifties, including one of the biggest, "The Creature From The Black Lagoon." I will remember him most fondly as the governor in Hawaii Five-0
